Order Processing & Shipping
We are committed to you! All orders are processed with 24-72 business hours after your order is placed and payment is verified. Processing occurs Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after your order has been processed. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you can anticipate delivery in 1-3 business days depending on your shipping address. Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed for certain areas. For specific questions regarding delivery times, please contact your local USPS location. Day and Night Hookah are not responsible for delayed delivery times by USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. Once your order is in the possession of USPS, Day & Night Hookah is no longer liable or responsible for the package.
Please ensure that your payment billing address and shipping addresses match. We only ship to payment billing addresses. If your shipping address is incorrectly entered, please contact us within 24 hours to update. If your order has already processed via USPS, we cannot update the shipping address. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays. If there is a problem processing your order, you will be contacted via email within 24-48 hours via the contact information provided on your order. At this time we do not provide overnight shipping.
